OPTIONAL EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS

Connect your email.
Keep customers informed.

SKUmbrella can send package notices from the account your organization approves. Receiving and delivering packages continue to work when email is unavailable.

A familiar sign-in

  1. Open Settings → Email → Conectar email in a supported SKUmbrella edition.
  2. Choose your provider and sign in on its official page.
  3. Allow email sending, then return to SKUmbrella and check the connected account.
  4. Send a test message to an address you control before enabling customer notices.

Your email password stays with your provider. You do not need to create a cloud project, enter server addresses or supply a credit card to connect through this sign-in flow.

Availability

Gmail sending has been tested. General customer availability is being prepared and remains subject to Google’s verification and the configuration included in your SKUmbrella edition. Test editions can be limited to approved test accounts. Microsoft and other provider availability must be confirmed for your edition before purchase.

Work, school and government accounts may require administrator approval. Account policies, sending limits and Internet availability still apply; an email domain alone does not guarantee compatibility or organizational approval.

You control the connection

SKUmbrella uses the account to send the notices you enable. The Google connection does not request inbox-reading access. Disconnect it in Settings → Email whenever needed, or remove access in your Google Account.
